Simmus Funk kicked off in 2012 as a fussion/funk/rock trio that first met at the university in 2012. In 2017, we became a quartet by adding a woodwind/brass section, keeping the same style and mindset we had since the very beginning. We explore and develop our creativity by making our own music based on our individual influences that range from jazz and blues to prog rock.
